One of my biggest faults is changing and adding substitutes to other peoples recipes. I have problems just taking a recipe as it is. I like to make it mine and add a little touch of Mamma J. :)
I try to keep my dishes as healthy as I can afford, but somedays you'll find recipes stuffed with carbs, sugars and fats just because- well, it's scrumptious. I'd love hear your thought and ideas on my dishes! Feel free to share with your friends and family and let me know what kind of substitutes you make!
